Old world Keemun black tea meets exotic spices to create our racy chai. Inspired by the island of Zanzibar and its array of spices this chai is supreme. Containing all the usual suspects like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and some extras too…red chilli, cumin and liquorice root. Hot, frothy milk and honey a must.
Brew: 2 teaspoons per cup for 5mins in 100° water. Can be enjoyed black but best with 2/3 boiling water and 1/3 hot frothy milk and honey or maple syrup
Ingredients: Keemun black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom seeds, cardamom pods, nutmeg, cumin, coriander, liquorice root, chilli.
