Vietnam Four Seasons

A superb, qualitative semi-balled oolong with a fragrant, mild cup and slightly piquant finish.  This tea is plucked 6-8 times a year in all “four seasons” from 25 year old bushes originally imported from Taiwan.

Brew: 1 teaspoon per cup for 1/2 – 2 mins in 80-90° water.  Re-infuse the leaves up to 4 times and note how the taste changes with each infusion
