An ethereal, extraordinary oolong with an incomparable milky aroma and creamy taste that lingers. It is lightly roasted and twisted into balls and has a rounded, sweet taste. The leaves will infuse up to seven times changing character with each brew. This China oolong is steamed in a whey, sucrose and water-based blend to enhance the creaminess found in a true milk oolong. An authentic Taiwanese ‘milk’ oolong gets its wonderful milkiness entirely from the fresh leaves of the Jin Xuan cultivar of tea plant and the unique terroir of the area in which it is grown. The tea does not hold any lactose residue.
