Formosa Long Jing (Dragon Well)
A pan roasted green tea from Taiwan with delicate floral notes and a slight nuttiness. Bold and attractive, these leaves have a characteristic flat shape achieved by carefully drying them in a wok and pressing then to the sides as they dries. Long Jing or “Dragon Well” is one of the most famous green teas in the world, its birthplace is Zhejiang Province in China over 1500 year ago. Ours is a Taiwanese version with a mild yet sweet taste making it suitable for green tea newcomers.
The delicate fragrance is very long-lasting and bright liquor gives a refreshing, brisk, mellow and sweet aftertaste.
Brew: 1 teaspoon per cup for 1-3mins in 80-90° water. No need for milk
